How it Works

Chorus Studio houses 4 contemporary choirs and they are the heart of our community. Our choirs have performed sold out shows at the Vancouver Convention Centre, The York Theatre, The Cultch Historic Theatre and even Lincoln Center in New York City!
YVR POP CHOIR​​​
YVR Pop Choir sings pop, indie and R&B music on Monday evenings.

B-ROLL
B-Roll is Vancouver's original R&B choir that also sings some pop and gospel on Tuesdays.

PACIFIC SOUL
Pacific Soul is our most beginner-friendly choir that sings Motown, R&B and pop on Wednesdays.

SPOTLIGHT
Spotlight sings musical theatre, dance and pop on Thursday evenings.

All levels are welcome in all of our choirs! Whichever choir you choose, singing with us is empowering, freeing and simply, FUN!

What's Included

Choir memberships cost $140/month, and meet weekly for 2-hour rehearsals.

We're not your traditional church community choir! And our prices reflect that. For clarity and transparency, here's a breakdown of what your membership fees pay for:

✔️ New, original choral arrangements every term
✔️ Rehearsal recordings and virtual rehearsal options
✔️ Studio time for sectionals and extra practices
✔️ Concert venue rentals, theatre staff and box office
✔️ Production of practice tracks, full arrangement demos and choreography
✔️ Professional music directors, band members, sound engineers and more, who are compensated fairly for their work

Live Performance Opportunities
The Chorus Studio choirs perform bi-annually at a minimum. These performance opportunities range from live music video shoots, to outdoor gigs, theatre performances, and more. Our performance choirs, YVR Pop Choir and B-Roll, often perform at unique corporate events as well. Pacific Soul and Spotlight are community choirs, with an emphasis on community building and in-studio curriculum.
